[Request] Iteam mall/Gear issues

Ok, unity has a new set of custom armors (complements of Jade) and we would like to make them available for sell in the item mall....only problem is it crashes upon character load.

any advice or help would be highly appreciated...

You could choose to send them straight to giftbox.

Run a SQL profiler and see which queries are being run upon character load.

Run the queries you find manually and see which one is erroring out.

Fix it, and enjoy not crashing :)

We have already tried that. it does'nt work...

Edit: it is client sided not DB

Nope that isn't the problem at all. EC was remote into my test server for 6 hours trying to help me figure it out. No luck. It is strictly when i try to add my new items in. I have even deleted everything from the itemmall and only had a couple things in and it still crashs-

limited space was the first thing i thought of too

well theres a few things i can think of that might cause that other than what i said before
unless EC tried all these o.O
1. your db doesnt match the sdata for the item mall EXACTLY
2. you might have encrypted the sdata more than once
i dont know o.o..just thoughts

Tried that. Just copied the import over. and also 4.5 doesn't need encrypting. Doesn't run at all if you encrypt.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
