This is my way of botting and I have been using it since May 2007. This will always work as long as you get the updated sro_client and the latest Isrobot from the sticky above. All Instructions are included in the download.
Whats used to bot? A combination of the three following programs to make a working bot:
-Isrobot (Does the Auto-hunting)
-Haxcrax 3.1 or 3.3 (Makes the Autotrain button Clickable)
-Nubot Helper (Does the skills for your bot)
Bugs
-Bot buys pots, but only adds the amount of pots to whatever it already has in inventory as if it cannot count
-Bot doesnt go to train area very good
-Must use the "T" button ingame for potions
-Doesnt save config settings
-Dont go to town to repair
-Does not work with vista
-Doesnt pick quest items
-requires some babysitting
*I do leave mine run overnight, but training on green mobs, with an inventory full of pots.
*Also to keep it going longer while you are AFK, put an extra weapon on the F4 bar and it will switch between the weapons to save durability.
*If you do want it to repair, put a return scroll on the F3 bar and set a time of 2 hrs or so (in seconds) and it will go back and repair, and possibly make it back to training area.
