I had the same problem.. Didn't really find a solution for it so I just reinstalled the sro, worked pretty well for me.

Yeah i think the update failed sometimes...just reinstall it and it will work _;)

Have you tried running any bots recently? I know if iBot doesn't shut down properly the IP stays redirected to localhost. The easiest way I've found is to run MediaPatcher and undo it
