How can I add a 135 coronet to a 5165 source? Quick steps no need to go into too much detail.

LOL adding items into your db or client is too much details.. btw not too much for who code

You need to edit the .dbc files. Their structures has been posted a bunch of times but they are not exactly... simple. As such modifying some of them can be difficult and time consuming trial/error.
