step one:
Download all the files provided
step two:
open the file in the provided program
step three:
Know how to make a trainer

and thats pretty much it

from looking at the pictures, it's in c++ but to understand it you will need to also know asm

edit:
i downloaded the decompiler and project file, but when i opened the project, no procedures or anything showed. opened up a fresh dll to see if maybe the program wasn't working properly for me, and it successfully decompiled the dll and showed all procedures. still no luck with the provided BT project though.

if you dont have the bt then just download it

o wow i really dont know enough to tell you what all this does. you need to know a lot of asm for this

How did you get the source the file is encrypted

any way you can post how to decrypt the source? I am decent with c/c++ but ASM is pretty much new territory for me.
