[Question]Upgrading gearz quality

Is it still possible to upgrade gearz quality at TC (ArtisanWind)?

And how about the success rate?:confused:

How many dbs should i spare to upgrade the quality from Elite to Super?
(lvl 10-15 gearz)

And finally Thanks. :D

im pretty sure it is 6 db's to upgrade from elite to super, regardless of the items level , but im not too sure.

I was trying this in some p-servers ;))=))
Where the Upgrade Rates are same as in the official game . so At lvl 10-15 item In market i was needed to spend 6 DBs. Lmao.
In TC i tryed with same lvl items and same type with dbs :
ususaly in TC the you can incrase the qua with only 4-5 DBs /item ( Elite-Super) , After that tryed in my official co server and got super from elite with 4 dbs .. lvl 15 gear ( Armor)
