VBOX problem

Hi guys. I made my server with VBOX and with nonopower2 serverfile, and if i want to connect to ftp and navicat mysql, i cant.What is the problem? What are the passwords for nonopower2 serverfile?

MySQL: root / 123456
Ingame: nonopower2 / nono
