Private Server - Help!

I might just be a noob, but I need some answers about Private Servers.

1.What I must to do to make people Join my server? Explain me exactly, cuz they can't join. May it be something I must do in pgAdmin to join? They say the server is always in maintenance.

2. What is and how I use the NPCs Scriptings?

Please, don't answer, I've just searched about this here, and Google and others sites and none of them could answer this questions.

you should go to coemu(google it) thay have a lot of info on npc scripting and problems with PS.(Most likly they are the ones who made the sorce for your server)thay have lots of links and info for that stuf.sorry i couldent help more but you really dident say much of what the problem was

I made my own private server, but I have some problems. I can't/don't know how can I make people join in my server.

if you have a router on you home network you'll need to forword the port for the server.

are you able to connect?if so you have to add them in the postgres.ill find what you need to do if YOU are able to connect

I can connect to my own server...And I don't use router.

But, after all I think it's because the port I used in pgAdmin: 5432

what error message are yougeting?

I'm not getting errors. I just can't put other people playing with me.

BUT YOU CAN SIGN IN?!?LAST POST YOU SAID NO?!?two different problem wether or not YOU can connect

I said I can't make people join my server, and I would like to know how I can do it.

Do you have any anti-virus or firewall or internetsercurity program that could be blocking the ports needed for other people to join?
