I was wondering how I would go about making my own custom loading screens, how big the image needs to be what format etc. And where in the Database can I find the location to replace the image code?

To start, they aren't located in the database. They're in the data.saf, so you'll need LilPro's data.sah tool to extract them for editing. You can find them in the interface once you've got that done.
They're all JPEG format, and all but one are called random_loading01, random_loading02, etc. and those are all 1024x768 in size. The last is simply called "loading", and it is 1280x1024.

Why would the resolution change? And How do you know which one goes 1st(Since they fade out into the animated screen)

I'm sure they had their reasons for changing the resolution. But I'm not sure what it would be :P
The files are called random_loading, so they're probably generated at random. I'm not sure there's a way to determine any order in which they appear

"Random_loading" Why would you need an order? Loading screens are random as it is.
The numbers are just saying there's more then one, lol.

the loading screens can be any size you like... i keep mine around 1600 x 900 and they look fine and have a higher resolution so they look better then the old one, you dont get that crappy pixelation
