Any one know's macro that can jump around the stack?

please help me about it i want it so much for archer it can better do it with clicker so please help me.. or any can make a macro for it...

put left click time or second's

like
serpent spawn
alien serpent spawn
and
basilisk spawn

I'm just only suggestion of the macro, who can have make it have lot of karma+ because it can make it help of lot of archer's hope my suggestion has been granted.
