[need]How to change the file name locale_de?

I live in Russia, sorry for the mistakes ... So as I'm bad I can use the search engine because anything out there do not understand XD.

I have here a question for customer .... How can I rename a file loсale_de (in my case loсale_ru), for example, in loсale_fs2?

You can extract the locale_de and pack as locale_as2.
When you must edit the Index File.
Edit locale_de to locale_as2 or what ever.

When I just change the name of the file, the client gives an error, this is the problem :(

You have to change :
1. name of file : locale_de for locale_ru.
2. In .xml locale/de for locale/ru
3. In 'Index' file check if locale_ru exist, If not, change locale_de for locale_ru and locale/de for locale/ru
4. In locale cfg change 'de' to 'ru'

Wrong Section :)
