Connection Problems - Tried Everything.

I'm currently having problems getting people to connect to my server. I've done all this before and had no problems, the only difference is now, is that I'm hosting on Windows 7 and a different router.

I currently have a Netgear Modem/Router built in (not sure whether this is the issue) but I've port forwarded all ports necessary, server works absolutely beautifully but.. other people cannot connect to the server.

I've tried so many different things, I've been through OEM's plenty of times and through all my configs and still come up with nothing. When running the gameserver etc. it shows that my ports are open on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] so I don't think this is the issue. I don't know what is..

Even trying to connect from a laptop under the same router it doesn't allow me to do this, neither does it allow me to connect to the database through navicat.

Hope I can get some response.

Although with good intentions, I have had to clean out a few posts b/c of trying to diagnose apache problems instead of the Pserver problems.

Have you tried changing all your configs and such to 127.0.0.1 first to make sure everything running ok before changing it to something else?

EDIT: Once again, the OP makes no mention of the use of apache or a web site. Do not introduce new problems to fix ones that are already there. If anyone have a problem with this, feel free to PM me to discuss it further. Otherwise, infractions (not warnings) will be given out for off-topic discussion. Thank you for your cooperation.
