Nunvice Shrine: Disconnect Problem

Hey ihr,

wenn ihr auch das Problem habt das ihr, immer wenn ihr in den Nunvice Shrine begehen wollt, disconnected werdet, hier ein kleiner Leitfaden wie ich das Problem beheben konnte.

Start -> Systemsteuerung -> System -> Hardware -> Gerätemanager -> Netzwerkadapert -> Nvidia nForce Networking Controller -> Erweitert -> Checksum Offload auf Disable stellen.

Dies hat mir dabei geholfen.

Vielleicht braucht es ja einer von euch.

Hey,

if you have the problem to get disconnected at Nunvice Shrine here a little guide... Sometimes it fix the problem.

Go into your System Hardware-Manager and look for the "Nvidia nForce Networking Controller" Card in "Networkcards"?? - Extended?? -> Set "Checksum Offload" to disabled.

I don't know the correct spelling for the english-windows-system... so please be patient if some things not written correctly.

take another networkadapter

if you have w-lan it doesn't work.

do you have the actual driver for ur graficcard?
do you have the actual driver for ur mainboard?
do you play this game with to high computer utilization?

I play with 1024*768 - 16Bit
Unchecked all and set the whole thing on Low
Only Blood checked :P

Doesn't have any problems.

Otherwise another hint.

Start the game
press CTRL-ALT-DEL (German: Strg-Alt-Entf)
chose the section Process
Look for dekaron.exe
Rightllick -> Priority -> Realtime (Echtzeit)

all nvidia ethernet cards or onboard have this trouble.

You were almost right :)
But i think it was clear enough for the most users here.
For the others, here is the exact way in an english Windows:

Rightclick on "My Computer" --> "Manage" --> "Device Manager" and look for the "Nvidia nForce Networking Controller" Card in "Network adapters"
Go to "Advanced" and set "Checksum Offload" to "None".

1. Edit benutzen, Doublepost gibt "Infraction"
2. Das hat nichts mit Vista zu tun. Ich habe zuhause auch Vista und das gibts auch da :)
3. Die Frage ist, ob du überhaupt einen nVidia Netzwerkadapter hast. Schau einfach unter Systemsteuerung --> Hardware und Sound --> Geräte Manager --> Netzwerkadapter nach, ob da was von NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller steht (Oder sonst was mit "nVidia"). Falls nicht, dann gibts auch "Checksum Offload" nicht :p
