In each talenttree there are some pvp talents and some pve talents.
Combat is better for pve.
Mutilate is also better for pve but you can do also pvp. i think only for arena.
Subtlety is for pvp on battlegrounds.
You can play pvp or pve with each specc. it's just you decision.
