I've tryed several things to make 2moons enter windowed mode, because 2moons does not want to enter windowed mode for some ODD reason. any ideas or tips?

Try Going to Program Files>Acclaim>2moons>bin>Options.txt
Where it says display type in the resolution you want.
eg "display 800 600 32"
