at the first time when i talk to them , they already check and recieve my payment
and he already know what item that i order

the problem is... the first guy i talk doesnt know the different between paypalID and Custumor Email address , so he refuse to give me my item and just runway ( off )

i dont kown if shop9D.com and Ice-Star.vn are the same suppliers

but i have no problem buying from shop9D , i buy several time from shop9d... all done nicely

shop9d.com is LEGIT with Powerleveling any way i bought from ec 8 to Gl1 for 20$ and Gl to hm1 for 20$ Also shop9d and ice star arnt the same so dont get mixed up i talked to shop9d guy on msn 4 or 5 times and he is legit. Just may take some time but he is legit

okaygoods is legit also, but im in 20$ with debt with them cuz they gave me 400m extra :P
Anyways most sites that have live chat i can say are most safe ive bought from a lot of sites for 9d gold so far and the top 5 that you google are safe 100% i wouldn't go farther then the 2nd page looking to buy gold.

You need to buy +8 Weapon with 4 Slots.

best thing is to buy wep whit slots buy be and buy scales cheaper if u wana go+8or more

nope.... few days ago my friend buy a weapon from them , he ask for lm12 cut to hm12 weapon +8 with 4 slot , they make it for him for $ 40
