Thats your graphic card i think, so i dnt think Grandchase Support that Graphic card

Download drivers from ndvia for your video card.. thats the best solution..

It happened to me.
Check your Video/Graphics card if it's enabled.
Go to DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Click start.
Go to help and support.
Click Music, videos, games, and photos
Go games and click Fixing a game problem
And click teh "DirectX Diagnostic tool" and check if it is enabled

It works for me.
