I can't get skill hack to work-this is what I did.
I tried with outrage, ID for outrage is IconIndex,1105 then i scrolled down to the first No Cancel and did all of these ->//outrage
ReplaceAll NO_CANCEL,255,28,700, NO_CANCEL,255,28,003, BlockOnly Wildcards
ReplaceAll NO_CANCEL,255,29,600, NO_CANCEL,255,29,002, BlockOnly Wildcards

After I finished replacing the numbers I saved then launch the game and try it out but cant get it to work. can anybody tell me what im doing wrong? or post a link to a better totorial.

where cani get data pak? or winhex data pak

is the unpacked data, should i need to copy the skills from the folder and packed it or i will extract the all data unpacked?.
