i dont know what i have to do the MSG server didnt want to work

how i do that last night befor the error my system gets new update so i install it and i make server miant and in the morning it was not want to open every thing was work fine in the last night and iam useing windows system 7

that error usually occurs when a DMAP file cant be loaded or the C:\Server\GameServer\ini\gamemap.ini doesnt match the maps in cq_map.
So as king_arthur said you need to check your logs to pinpoint the error
the log you want to be reading is located at C:\Server\GameServer\syslog\SZ_SERVER.LOG
the first thing this file logs is database thread followed by loading maps and this is where your error will be found. one thing ill suggest is cleaning(Deleting)all logs then start the server then you wont have to fish through tonnes of useless data :)
Also if that side of things is showing up ok open navicat select all tables- right click and popout maintain tables and choose quick repair it may have failed to unload the map thread and corrupted the table files

check Your GameServer and Cq-Track or Cq-Map
