I have this drop with 0% rate of drop.....how can i change it to be less drop?

ähm my english isn't good but
connect with filezilla to your server
/usr/rain/cannel/share_data/locale/hongkong
in this path is the datei common_drop_item.txt and common_drop_item.txt.old
load these 2 dateis on your computer and rename common_drop_item.txt in common_drop_item.txt.old
and common_drop_item.txt.old in common_drop_item.txt load the dateis on your server back and reboot
or load only common_drop_item.txt
open with notepad++ and see it self
