Aion pServer - nc-like?

Hey all,

I already searched in several toplists for a server with normal rates... but I can't find one.

Does anyone know an english or german server with normal rates and good population and no 'auto-learn-skills'? I'm just searching an nc-like server....

Closest you'll get is infiniteaion. Skills are autolearn, except for Stigma & Greater Stigma skills. IMHO, every other pserver fails to give players that NCsoft feel to the game.

Our siel server doesnt have auto learn skills. Lumiel does.
