Is bann permanent?

I cant sleep cause i got banned and i dont know why...
Is banning permanent?
What can i do to recover my account?

@alice,i think banned is permanent.. but u can revive ur accnt by filing a ticket at the support page.. i thnk u can explain to them what were u doing why ur accnt is blocked.. hope i can help.. gudluck

Alice,Ban can be: All Characters will be Zero,or Day Ban,meaning ur character will be ban for days only depending on how you were ban.
