redlight i need help with this error

this is what i get when starting the server

i got framework 4 as recommended

but no change's :/

first i had this error this is from another server but had this to with redlight

after installing .net framework 4 i have this

First uninstall net framework 4...

then install net framework 3.5 and it works.
