[Question]Some items don't work

Some of my items in game are unusable, well... quite a few actually.

- Yummy Chocolate!
- (Grape, Vanilla, Melon) Icecream
- Untouchable Potion Lv%
- EXP Removal Pills


There might be more, but these are the ones I wanted to get fixed for now.
I'm not really sure what's causing the problem... I noticed on UT the Special was set to 0, so I changed it to 42, because I read that 42 meant "Can be popped/opened"

Any ideas?

*Edit* Okay, I found that Range points to a specific SkillID that it uses. I fixed UT pots by giving them a range of 276 (In the Database, that's Untouchable Lv1/2/3) I'm going to get the others fixed ASAP, but I don't know/can't find anything for EXP Removal. Anyone know where to look for that? >.<

*EDIT2* Solution! Change the Range column to '273' and the Special column to 50 - This fixed my problem

EXP removal works by making the ITEM have the number "50" in the special field.

Is there something else I should change?

I noticed the SkillID for the initialization is 273, I changed the range to match, but to no end.

ItemName | Reqlevel | Range | Special | AttackTime

Small Exp Removal Pill| 15 | 273 | 50 |1

*Edit* Forgot to mention this is an EP5 server, if that makes a difference. Just saying this, because I didn't see anything in the SkillID of 273 for EP4 database

you need to make sure both the sdata file and the db match.

They do, I check the Items.SData file and the Range was 17, so I set it to that. I'm using Pandora's client to play off of for now, so I'm not sure if this is right. :\

About EXP removals.All i know is they work only in 1-15 and 20-30.However there is another condition for them to work.Your exp must be 50%+ so u can reset it.From what you said i think they will work,just try them out with a toon who has more then 50% exp

I tested both in both zones with over 50% exp. Doesn't work still :( But thank you guys for trying!

like I said the item.sdata and the DB both need to have the special set at 50 to work as a exp removal, along with the criteria listed above.
