Depends, do you want one that just scatters or allows you to jump and scatter?
For me I used a program AutoHotkey which is pretty good for my needs and put in a simple little script:

{
Click right
}
p::Pause
x::exitapp
All this does is continually scatter in the direction of where you place your mouse and loops it over and over. To pause it, in cause there's nothing to scatter you press the "p" button and to exit it completely you press "x".
Now this isn't good to use if you plan on chatting in a team or something cause you might hit the wrong buttons. You could just replace the buttons with other key's, that's up to you. :)
