i hear the lower the level the better the chance, thats how i got a refined 2 soc bow lvl 15 to super , took 5 dbs xD, first 2 worked lol

I'm talking about CHARACTER LEVELING with dbs.

it takes 75 dbs to get from lvl 110- lvl 130, with about 2 dbs per 50 percent except for 120-121 which is 100% and 127-130 which is about 30 pct.

I remember all that cause i got a karma for it before. Math whiz lolz got the number 75 all in my head
