[Problem] UCE Memory

From what I am seeing from other people. I am supposed to be seeing this when I find the skill that I am looking for. (compare 4.. etc..)

... What is the problem here???

hmm its Koem Protected server right ? There u cant see compares... but thay are same values i think... this is the...how do i say it... other value where u take first 4 numbers/letters. In this case 057C0000 to 057CFFFF. And Compare 4should be same at this server.
Please Correct me if im wrong ^^

Well, here is the thing..

I've been using UCE for years hacking servers cheating, but this is the ONLY server that I can not find out the Elastic Shield address.. Usually the cooldown is 1800000. I have done every address ranging from 1500000 - 1900000 and can NOT manage to make the cooldown here work!

Whats the problem?
