elite arrows

i saw few archer with the elite redness under there arrow if anyone can tell me how id really be greatfull:):):):)

its only a graficbug^^

so how do you do make it that way

its a graphic glitch. whenever you see a item of another person like 2nd tro weapon or shield, the quality of that item is what you see as the arrow quality.
