I have to stay in PH if I want to play that version?

What ever Version of TS2 you download is the one you will play if you make a account on PH and you want to play on Mayn, Karahan, Aeria or so you will need to make a new account for each one you download and install.

ok I know... I played on Mayn and Aeria too(and grew a few chars), but I want to know if I can play on PH version if I don't live of Philippines(I'm from Europe).
I downloaded the PH client and at the moment I'm downloading the updates.

I live in the USA and I play on it but you need a good connection or you will lag bad.
