You can upgrade any items level but not any items quality if thats what your saying.

I dont think you can upgrade soc items and i am pretty sure that you can upgrade any other items quality if it doesnt have a soc.

what he means I THINK is at which level can thing not be upgraded with meteors that answer would be after level 120 it requires a db to upgrade your items no matter what they are

and what is the item which cannot be upgraded by meteor

you can upgrade any item with + in tc until it cant be anymore. but for adding more +'s its gotta be composed in market

fixed items cannot be upgraded with meteors and everything over 120 must be done with dbs in market. or so i think it applies to necklaces, rings, and boots.

My Bow Which i take at lv. 40 pormotion i upgraded it by meteors at twin city
and at its lv. 80 i enchanted it with a gem and i tred to upfrad it again the metoer gone and nothing happen Is This mean that the enchanter item cannot be upgraded by meteor

and i treid to upgrad my +1 coat by a meteor at twin city the dsme thing happen the metoer i sgone and nothing upgraded

because the durability dropped to half from the meteor failing. they do that. if you keep spamming meteors they will eventually lvl but you also have to repair after each one fails or it wont attempt to upgrade. if you dont want to spam meteors then go to the weapon upgrade npc in market and it will ask you a cirtain amount of meteors and upgrade it on the spot as long as its repaired.

what you do in tc is basically using your luck to upgrade stuff if its above ... lvl 50 id say.

Not every meteor upgrades the item... theres only a chance for it to upgrade.

Just continue spamming and youll suceed.

hey there ... i get what you mean ... you go to market and it says .. sorry you do not have the required equipment .. now there are many reasons that could be the problem ..

1. you have not opened up your metscroll (s) !
2. you have not repaired your item
if you still have a problem .. you have to make whatever you are trying to socket go down by one dura .. because sometimes at pharmacist it says repair at 0 .. when your item loses one dura go to repair and it should work ..
