Help me with Multihack

Hello i have problems with multihack.It writes Failed to patch when i click it.I am with OS windows 7 ultimate.I press F10 but he doesn't work :(

which multihack? the one with keyloggers inside xD?
I wouldn't just download stuff from the cabal hack/bot/etc section without scanning them.
