kSro test server Question

i heard from a friend ...
thet in ksro there is a test server...
and if u create an acc in that server u get lvl 90 car with 9mil SP...

is it right?

i found a download named : "Silkroad_CBT_v1.01.exe"
and i installed the client...
but when i enter..im getting this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If anyone know pls help us... i wanna play this test server =P
