Official NPC Dialog?

Are there any NPC dialogs coded in any source (perhaps the binary database?) that are exact representations of the dialog on the official servers? I really don't want to make a character on Conquer and grab every NPC's dialog from it. And no, I will not make it up.

I remember future copied tons of npcs to his source, you may want to check it out (4267).

The way i got the official dialogs was doing it manually, a better way would be to use a proxy and go through every npc dialog that way and have the proxy record the npc dialogs to txt files.
