HELP please

I started playing this after taking a long break from Two Moons. I currently have Windows 7 and have had some annoying problems with the game. 1) it tells me that all my whispers cannot be sent. 2) none of my special attacks work, it shows them and I can press the number associated with them they act like they did something but no mp is used and no fx is shown. I have e-mailed gamehi but I have no idea how long it is going to take them to respond so I was hoping someone here may have an idea of what is wrong.

Well, whispers can not be sent if the character name is spelled incorrectly, or the user is offline/on another server (shard, channel).
Skills: check if you're not in A mode you can change that by pressing (Shift+Z = A type, Shift+X= B type). Or press Options > Game > Mode you want.

Hmm, try using Q&A, even if it takes them long to answer they will help you.
Also, there is a lot of bugs in Hellion, more than Siz, not sure which server you are playing on.
