What is the difference between (simultaneously Attacks) & normal ones !!!!

i have a Q to ask please
What is the difference between (simultaneously Attacks) & normal ones ?
Cuz my Warlock Chat have 2 kinds of attacks, it has the same effect but different in this Word (simultaneously)
i know its attacking multi enemys But IS THIS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE ??!!

Simultaneously attacks do hit multiple targets.

Simultaneous attacks usually mean it can attack several targets Simultaneously (basically several targets at the same time in one go) but with most simultaneous attacks the monsters that aren't selected won't take as much damage as the one you are aiming for.
