blassing items

Hi,
i have a question about blassing items (to -1)
for egzample i want to make my ears -1 with 120 water
if i put only the ears on that water, will it get - for 100pct?
or do i have to put all other items with -dmg?
whats with miracoulos gourd? or garment?

to make ur ears blessed put them on ur water and rb it.

choose blessed rb and have no other equips on.
