the system message

hi guys...i want modify the system message (no the tips) and the quests messages look photo and answer me pls ;)

The text displayed when you talk to NPCs are sent by the server to the client.

The second system message is from the client, I think and could be modified in StrRes.ini Check 100030.

Finally, the GM messages are sent by the server to the client. However, you can intercept it with a proxy of some sort, edit it, then send the edited packet to the client. However, only you could see the edited message.
