Error starting server

Hello
i have problem running the server...
i'm use Copmuterkranks serverfiles and after i start the server i get this error:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

all files permission are set to 777
can this proble be solved.

You can find them in your game dictanory.

Thank you, but I couldn't figure where is the problem, I put the syserr files in attachment if its needed.
