some questions bout retro

hey folks,
i got some questions about retro server.

1. is it a active server?
2. is there a snow shiel available
3. is there a way to pay via paypal without using a reseller? couse a reseller wont 10 euros and on original page a acc is 8 $ thats almost the dobble price!
4. is it laggin?
5. are there many events and are there the gms active?
6. how a bout silk prices?

well i hope u guys can help out.

about point 2 i got the needed infos but what a bout the rest could any1 help me out?

5-gms active dun know about events
