Metin2 Server problem

Hello i've got this problem :

When i try to change a bonus it says this...
how to solve it ? :-s


I've tried replacing 5 game files still the same problem . Sometimes "Wait 10minutes.. , sometimes "Wait 0 minute.."
From the GM character it works or if i make a new character it works also... what should i do ?
