Isrobot/Nubot Helper

there is some way of which in isrobot
do not use nubot helper and use the skills directly from isrobot?
or at least someone is known minimize like the screen, because I believe that it cannot, it is that the helper does not stop:

have silkroad open, and another thing open aswel, make sure the other program is on front of screen then RIGHT click silkroad and press Minimize, or use wonder icon,

I am looking for a program that acutaly can minimize Nubot Helper, cos Nubot helper needs to be on top or else it will not work, and will not minimize the "normal" way, richt clicking or alt+tab its no good.

Any thoughts ?
