As you can tell by the title, I am seeking to make a runescape private server development team. I am looking to make any type of server, how ever i have been only exposed to 317's and 508, and i think they are one of the best types of servers.

The amount of Beta testers we are going to have are unknown. Due to the fact that, I don't have a team yet.

How ever you are going to be approved until a team is made and members are reconsidered.

Before I make a final decision, I need you to understand that. being a donator would mean that you would have to donate money through paypal into the RSPS account.

Being a donator would give you forum mod, as well as Game Mod(or VIP class).

For a game mod you are gonig to have to be on about 5-8hours a day. just online, incase we need someone. How ever. I want to create a coding/creation team, before we start to make game mods.
