None of you are helping, only showing your ignorance.
This is the right section to post a question.
It's actually a good question, and the answer is simple.

You can up all headgear, necklaces, bows, all armors, boots to 120 in TC with meteors. Everything else (bag, bracelet, weapons other than bows, rings) needs to be upped in market.
