rSRO Install problem !!!

Hallo,
I have a problem. WINDOWS= Windows Seven
When I try to install rSRO than comes this : Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Maybe anyone can help me please ?
