my answer:
you can get photoshop from limewire its a full program in a compressed zip file it will be 300+ MB of memory it wll take you a while to download or you can get the full version of it from your local computer store.
for your other questions you should ask in the topics that are relevant to the files you want to edit and they will have all the information you need once you download photoshop.
