Looking for Dragonica P.Server

Hi Guys anyone knows a dragonica private server.

-high rate like 100x or 200x
-less lag or no lag because some of the server are very laggy like the brothers dream dragon wasted 18 hours still lvl 35 because of lag
-free cash shop items
-easy to enhance

thanks for those people that will give me a link of P. Server that attains the corresponding criteria.
