cq_action column id
cq_action column id_next which it use for action running so 4004857 will go to 4004858 id
cq_action column id_nextfail which if the action fail it will go to this id
cq_action column type which 101 is NPC talking
cq_action column data which type 101 data must be 0
cq_action column param which its use for some NPC talking if the type is 101
