[Guide] Fix for annoying chat tips

annoying chat tips, fix read here
its simple goto your conquer folder goto ini find chat tips and delete voilah!

If you dont understand that

1. go to your conquer folder (usualy located at C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0)
2. open the folder ini (C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\ini)
3. search for the file called "ChatTips"
4. delete the file "ChatTips"

i though the tips are really helpfull, i have only played CO for about a year.
sometimes i need a reminder on how to jump or look at peoples gear.
