[Request]Missing Database Files

I'm attempting to create a personal private server to test my own edits and develop my database skills. I've read the guides online and downloaded the client and database files. When I extracted the database files, I had a couple errors. When I selected "Extract here" it said that there were a couple corrupt files. Then I just opened up the RAR file and copied them into the folder, at which point it told me that it can't find a certain number of files. When I searched in the RAR file my self and attempted to copy the individual files into the appropriate folders, AVG popped up and said that it detected a trojan virus.
I downloaded these RAR files from the tutorial post by AziQ. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If I may, I'm requesting that someone please upload the files I am missing, or rather just let me know if my antivirus is being dumb and why.
The ones I need or need fixed are labeled as;
"EudStarChanger.exe"
"AccountServer Version 6.127-1.exe"
"MsgServer2.600.exe"
"MsgServer2.700.exe"
and "NPC.exe"

Screenshots of the errors;

I apologize such the excessive description, but I want to do it right.
Thank you in advance for those whom are willing to help, even though I am new to this. I appreciate it greatly.

Simply turn off your antivirus when extracting, it is a false alarm, then add the location of those files to a trusted place in your antivirus and turn it on again, you should be fine from now on.

avast always will delete it add it to exceptions you need to add the exact exe or it will continue to delete it.
go to your avast > maintenance > virus chest > right click the file and click restore. now you need to add them to exception.
because turning it off then back on will do nothing it will delete it trust me as soon as you launch it avast will delete it as it will detect as a positive for a worm.

open avast go to real time shields > expert settings > exclusions and search and add your item..

just a fair warning dont run servers on your home pc....
