Help Me About Open Port / Forward

Hello, i'm in a P-Server team, and i'm trying to host the server

so i made a static ip, opened 9958 /8080 ports and forwarded them

and now when i open reg page of server , we find it Offline

i have Netgear WG111v2 Adapter , and SpeedTouch Router , Windows 7 64bit
and i live in Norway

nvm , the problem is in hes modem not they way to open ports blabla, i'm a member of th team (the leader)
guys have you a program who make config.ini / server.dat 5165 working with no-ip.com?

1st, Wrong Section.. Port forwarding has nothing to do with conquer..
2nd, There are billions of tutorials on google how to portforward..
3rd, Read Those 2 Again..//
